Viva live - 17.10 [Part 1]

Translation - made by Susiberli

[From 1.25 min on, the rest is pretty dispensable; I'm just gonna write "mod" instead of "moderator", who it funnily called Jan too :D]

Mod: Well!
Timo: Well? All right?
Jan: Hello
Mod: There you are. How are you?
Timo: Very well, very well.
Mod: Very well? I'm switching the camera off…
Jan: And you?
Mod: Yeah, convalesced. I just told it. I'm able to walk again.
Linke: Yeah, I just look "Desingerama" [Note: german show], and you was a bit… smashed.
Mod: Of-colour.
Linke: Of-colour
Timo: But what happened?
Jan: What did you do?
Mod: The last time. The very last time I will tell this story.
Timo: Ok.
Mod: I threw a kebab. And… adverse circumstances resulted in breaking my meniscus and my cruciate ligament [Note: parts of the knee]
Jan: While throwing a kebab.
Mod: Yes.
Jan: Respect.
Mod: Respect.
Timo: It's hard, it's hard.
Mod: Yeah, it's really fucked up. But now, it work's again. I will be operated one time again. Some commiseration form everybody
All: Ooooohhhhh.

Mod: But now to you. So where are you coming from?
Timo: We're fresh from the studio… Just few blocks down the street. It think 3 streets.
Linke: 3 LONG streets
Mod: Because you are recording your new album at the moment.
Timo: Let's say: editing. And it will be realized next spring presumably.
Mod: Ah ok. So the plan is already made.
Timo: It's already made.
Mod: And the other two, David and Franky, they stayed at the studio, or what happened to them?
Timo: Exactly. David is producing our album, and Frank is recording at the moment. So they weren't able to come today. And later, we will straightly go back to work on.
Mod: So, you don't wash yourselves and smell bad?
Timo: You are smelling it, aren't you?
Mod: Yes.
Timo: Yes
Mod: So, to all you sitting at home: I would not come around. But, are you really living in that studio the whole time? Are you sleeping there or…
Timo: Yes, over it there's a "hotel". And I just gave the key to our tv promoter [Evilin :D] if she want to come around. And… yeah, we are living there for… how long?
Linke: Since august I think.
Timo: In every case we do it for a long time now… well… We had been here in February for the last time, hadn't we?
Mod: Some time ago
Linke: Long timo ago.
Mod: So, a lot of things happened since then, you are called Panik now.
Timo: Right.

Mod: So what's the approach for that second album? What can we expect? Do you want to sing in English now? Because you are a kind of international right now.
[Note: The boy's answers are meant ironically, so don't take it too serious]
Linke: We want to do it on Spanish, attacking a new market
Timo: Yes. And Russian.
Mod: Russian too. But it's working in Russia, isn't it?
Timo: Russia is great, our album just got the gold status.
Mod: In Belarus?
Timo: No, in Russia.
Mod: Complete?
Timo: Yep.
Mod: How much do you need to sell?
Timo: Uh, I don't now…
Mod: Three
Linke: Ten!
Mod: But Russia is pretty big
Timo: Russia is biiig, and we are proud of getting that gold record.
Mod: And how does such a conferment works?
Timo: We just got it backstage at a concert. Like "here" aglishna [?], kak dela. Yeah, "aglishna" and "kak dela" are the two russian words I know.
Mod: But if it's meaning something bad… What does it mean?
Timo: Ahmmm
Linke: Something like "Thank you" and "Hello"
Juri: "How are you?"
Mod: But how was it for you, when do you find out that Russia noticed about you?
Linke: In the first moment it's kind of abstract, if you think about them singing all lyrics in Russia, what isn't very close to here. And that they are listening to our music is pretty cool.
Mod: And is there a Russian accent while singing?
Linke: Nooo, they are just singing a complete, perfect german
Mod: Really?
Linke: No, it's a bit…
Mod: How does it sounds like?
Jan: Just like in germany. They are singing without an accent. It's awesome.
Mod: Really really? They can do it?
Timo: Really really.
Mod: Really really really?
Timo: Really really.
Mod: Awesome. And now let's hear how it sounds really really really in german. "Revolution", the first single, at that time Nevada Tan, now Panik!
